I’m Sarah, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist working primarily with adolescents, young adults, and often, their families. I work especially often with clients dealing with chronic suicidality, self-harm, trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity development, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, and the general experience of trying to survive while feeling lost, disconnected, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.
I provide virtual therapy through Bloom Health Centers.
